What is it?

NextEra Media's Video Traffic Exchange (the “ VTE ”) can be thought of as being similar to banner exchange programs with which you may already be familiar, but we've removed the troublesome points of shady banner exchange systems and refocused efforts on quality traffic; and exclusively video traffic !
